CLIENT INFORMATION 
pursuant to Article 13, Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Privacy Code)

Dear Client, We hereby inform you, pursuant to Article 13 of the Privacy Code (Legislative Decree 196/2003) that your personal data, as reported on the “guest information sheet” shall be handled in accordance with the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency, in protection of your privacy and rights.

  1. Purpose of Data Processing

Such data shall be processed for the following purposes with the assistance of electronic systems: 
a) To fulfill obligations resulting from the hotel contract, to which you are party, or in order to fulfill specific requests you may have before the contract is signed;
b) To fulfill the legal obligations (Article 10 of R.D. No. 773 dated 06/18/1931, which require us to register guest information and notify the local public security authorities) and those of community legislation and regulations; 
c) To fulfill the current tax and accounting obligations;

  1. Handling Method:

Personal data is processed using operations or a set of operations indicated in Article 4, Sub-Section 1, Letter a) Sole Clause: collection, registration, management, storage, consultation, preparation, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blockage, notification, cancellation and distribution of data. Data is processed by the data controller and/or any data processing employees, working under the direct supervision of the data controller, and following the procedures pursuant to Article 30 of Legislative Decree 196/2003.

  1. Notification of Data

We moreover inform you that common and sensitive data may be sent and/or shared with: 1. third parties in performance of legal obligations or those obligations resulting from regulations or other community legislation; 2. individuals in charge of data processing, who may externally forward such data to the local public security authorities, insurance companies, professional offices and/or companies that provide us with specific tax and/or accounting services; 3. banks and credit institutions, and other corporate entities and/or individuals that carry out instrumental, support or operating activity for the performance of the contract and/or requested service, for the sole purpose indicated above, and may be used for the purpose of informing you in regards to hotel marketing initiatives, unless you explicitly object. Personal data is not subject to distribution.

  1. Providing Data

Providing your personal data is mandatory for the sole purposes specified in point 1. The hotel shall process data for the term of the contractual relations established with it, and thereafter, for the term necessary to fulfill the legal obligations. Lacking your agreement, it will be impossible to perform the contractual relationship with the hotel.

  1. Bearer Rights

For any further information, and to respect your acknowledged rights pursuant to Article 7 of the Privacy Code (Legislative Decree 196/2003) you may contact the data controller in writing at Il Collaccio s.a.s. di Raffaele Baldoni, Fraz. Castelvecchio, Preci (PG), or via fax at 0743 939094. Article 7, Sole Clause grants the bearer the right to exercise specific rights, among them the right to obtain confirmation from the controller of the existence, at least of his own personal data and to have such data made available to him in legible format; the bearer has the right to be informed of the source of data, of the purposes and methods of processing, of the logic applied to processing, the identification details for the controller and subjects to whom his data may be sent; the bearer furthermore has the right to update, correct and supplement data, cancel it, make it anonymous, or block data processed in violation of the law; the controller has the right to object to data processing on legitimate grounds.
